Why this section exists. Most encyclopedic dog resources online centre on Western pedigree breeds. Rescues in India work overwhelmingly with the Indian native dog (INDog), regional pariahs, and mixed lineages. This atlas gives them equal weight: the INDog is documented as a landrace, not an afterthought.
