This edition consolidates the Dally canine reference into a single document: 398 breeds, 167 conditions, nineteen parts, one disclaimer, one references section, one review workflow. It is built to grow — new breeds, new conditions, new citations, and reviewer sign-offs all extend the same schema without breaking it, and without spawning another edition.

Reader note: this is Feme Solutions' internal working corpus. Before any entry is surfaced to end users of the Dally app or published on the Atlas, the review workflow in Appendix A.3 must be completed for that entry. The standing disclaimer at the front of this document applies universally, and the non-prescriptive constraint applies without exception.
